In 2005, Greg co-founded the Center for Wealth Preservation (CWP), transforming it into one of the nation’s leading MassMutual agencies. Under his guidance, CWP grew to support more than 100 advisors and earned multiple national distinctions, including the Chairman’s Trophy, Crystal Achievement Award, and GAMA International Master Agency Award—a testament to his vision and ability to build teams of excellence.

Greg’s renowned “Client-Centric” philosophy elevated advisory standards across the industry. Al began his career when the Governor of New Hampshire called and told him that he was selected to work in the Department of Energy Supercomputing Honors Program. He worked at Lawrence Livermore Department of Energy during school breaks for 3 years.

Now, more than three decades later, he has a history of founding companies and leading advanced technology initiatives with passion, empathy and vision. Al was recently the Senior Solutions Advisor in AI and Data Management at CDW. He guided Fortune 200 clients in generative AI, data, cloud and modern engineering. He focuses in aligning use cases with measurable ROI to maximize value.

Al co-founded the Caregiving Network™, Alternative-spaces™, and ROIgenius® and brings a proven record of innovation and collaboration. He was the Manager of Network Services at IBM, Director of West Coast Sales and Business Development at Teradyne, CTO of Hear Music, purchased by Starbucks, reimagining how consumers discovered and purchased music.

As Chairman of the Internet Advisory Board of Bare Minerals, he oversaw their first web presence. He patented early online purchases, selling more than 90% of Herman Miller Red products over the Internet.
